The exhibition cheese dairy is situated in the center of the Emmen valley in the heart of Switzerland, nestling between the Alpine foothills and the Jura Mountains. The region is rich in natural beauty, culture and tradition.
Upon prior booking, you have the possibility to make cheese yourself at the open fire. Your own private cheese will be looked after carefully until it is fully ripened.

By train: from Burgdorf to Hasle-Rüegsau, then by post bus to Affoltern.
